Product description
The heart separator is designed to clean hearts of fat and venous tissue.
ACTION
Hearts with pericardium, fat and venous system are placed in a hopper filled with water and then directed to the cleaning rollers through a water jet from a nozzle. The rotating rollers remove the superfluous elements (veins, fat, pericardium). The cleaned hearts automatically fall out through a discharge chute onto a conveyor or container, which transports them to their final destination. The cleaning waste slides down a chute fixed under the cleaning rollers, directly into a container or onto a conveyor.
